We are proud to say that we have recently been given a fantastic opportunity to work as part of a large project in Scarborough, North East England. This project has been large scale and has, very recently, come to fruition.

We have worked tirelessly alongside a vast range of professional individuals at the Scarborough site in order to construct the highly anticipated Alpamare Water Park. This was an exciting steel fabrication project for us as it allowed us to engage in steelwork fabrication on a large scale and exercise our skill to a high extent. Not only does this construction project illustrate our flare in the field of steelwork fabrication, but it also is something we can look back on and be proud of. We are very happy with the end results, and we are confident that you will be too!

About Alpamare Scarborough?

The name Alpamare stems from a combination of the Alps and the sea. The newly constructed waterpark in Scarborough opened its doors at the end of July 2016 and has been hotly-anticipated by locals for months. The overall project is claimed to be approximately £14m and boasts an incredible range of adrenaline inducing water activities for all ages. Some have stated that there is no other such waterpark in the country, making it a fantastic attraction for the UK.

THE NEW PLACE;

According to Alpamare, the waterpark is “all the way from the alps”. Being one of the only of its kind in England, the new waterpark in Scarborough is much more than just a swimming pool. It encompasses an exciting mix of fun, adventure and special spa treatments. This involves waterslides, wave pools, and heated pools.

Pricing at Alpamare in Scarborough;

As a brief overview, the waterparks current entry prices (at the time of this article) stand as the following;

Adult (16 and over) £19.00 per person. Children (6 – 15) £15.00 per person. Infants (5 and under) go free!

Prices are set on a 4 hour visit basis, meaning that if you wish to stay longer, there will be an additional charge of £1 per person, for every extra 30 minutes that you stay. Additionally, f you use the facility’s restaurant, your wristband will be credited with an extra 30 minutes free.

Alpamare is not only the UK’s biggest waterpark facility to date, but it is also a great day out for all ages.
