As well as design/detailing & fabrication steelwork, we offer our services erecting the steelwork too. All of our teams are safety passport trained and carry out the training qualifications required to operate the necessary equipment required to erect our steelwork.

LIFTING & PLANT
Members of our erecting teams are also scaffold erecting trained and also trained to operate items such as MEWPs, telescopic handlers and fork lift trucks. We have trained appointed persons who design and detail crane lift plans for our heavier lifting operations and have qualified slinger/signallers to complete these tasks. We use mobile cranes on regular occasions throughout many of our structural steelwork projects.
NEW BUILDS & EXTENSIONS
An area of specialism we have is in the tying in to new builds and extensions. This is a critically important factor to consider on any structural steel building project to ensure successful completion. We always ensure that great attention is placed in this area as not getting it right can have major consequences on any build/project.
OTHER SITE SERVICES
As well as Site Erection services, we also complete other Site Services such as maintenance works on plants such as SSI and Cleveland Potash where maintenance work is carried out on plant shutdowns.
Working to tight schedules is second nature to CB Construction and in the event that you need us to – we offer an around the clock service so as to enable us to deliver a project with the minimum of disruption if this matters to the client.
