Steelwork Detailing, Fabrication & Erection – New Plant Yard Structure for Applebridge

CB Construction (Cleveland) Ltd was appointed to fabricate and install the structural steelwork for a new plant yard facility for Applebridge, supporting their relocation to new premises. Working to Applebridge’s design and specification, we delivered the complete steel package, totalling over 43 tonnes of steelwork, from workshop manufacture through to final on-site erection.

Detailing, Fabrication & Erection

Using the design information provided by Applebridge, our team carried out the detailed preparation required for manufacture. All steel components were fabricated in our workshop and coated to ensure durability and resistance to corrosion within a busy external yard environment. Every stage of the process was closely controlled to guarantee accuracy, quality, and full compliance with the project requirements.

Installation on a Live Site

The erection phase was completed within a tight programme. Through careful planning and coordination, our site team installed the structure safely and efficiently, ensuring minimal disruption to surrounding activities and other trades working on the relocation project.
